Sandbar Supper Co. is the creation of Chef Andrew Krapcha, a Florida Panhandle native with a lifelong connection to the flavors of the Gulf Coast. Andrew began his culinary career behind the sushi bar, mastering precision and technique before expanding his craft in the Tampa Bay area.
In central Florida, he worked for touring musicians, television and film stars, and with world-renowned chefs. His food has been showcased at celebrated festivals, such as Los Vinos de Dalí & Uncorked, and has even been featured on the Travel Channel.
Now back on the Emerald Coast, Chef Andrew brought that experience home through the Cowgirl Kitchen Hospitality group and Southern Belle Catering before founding Sandbar Supper Co.—a one-of-a-kind service blending laid-back coastal living with polished casual dining.
